HOW TO BOOK
Please follow the simple steps identified below to complete the booking process:
1) COMPLETE THE FORM
You will receive a response indicating the availability for the period of your requested stay. If the residence is available during the period for which you have requested, you will have a five-day period within which to book your accommodations using one of the payment options.

General booking conditions and sales contract
- Start/end of stay: Saturday/Saturday, on request and where otherwise specified, rental may be available with different start and end dates;
- check-in for rental accommodations occurs between 4 pm to 8 pm; after 8 pm, an additional payment of 25 Euro will be charged;
- check-out is by 9 am; if check-out occurs before 6 am, an additional payment of 25 Euro will be charged.
Payment terms:
- 30% of the total amount due within 5 days of booking;
- the balance must be paid 60 days before the arrival date;
- for reservations made within 60 days of arrival date, the total must be paid at the time of booking.
Rental contract:
Bookings are considered accepted and final upon completion the contract: when written confirmation of the reservation is sent (either by emails or fax) and upon receipt of the 30% deposit (as stated in the payment terms). Failure to make payment (i.e., deposit and balance) by the aforementioned dates shall constitute an expressed reason for contract termination and shall grant us the right to cancel the booking and keep any paid deposits.
Cancellation:
In the event of cancellation by the customer, we apply the following cancellation charges:
- 30% of the total rental cost if the cancellation occurs up to 30 days prior to rental commencement;
- 60% of the total rental cost if the cancellation occurs between 30 and 20 days prior to rental commencement;
- 80% of the total rental cost if the cancellation occurs between 20 and 12 days prior to rental commencement;
- No refund will be made for cancellations made after 11 days prior to rental commencement;
- We must be advised of any complaints during your stay. Complaints received after your departure will be disregarded;
- On arrival, a refundable security deposit will be collected to cover any damage caused to the accommodation or furnishings in the residence; the deposit will be refunded on departure if no damage has occurred.
- We reserve the right to deny entry into the accommodation if the security deposit is not paid.
- Rentals will not accommodate more than the identified and stipulated number of people stated in the technical data sheet of each residence; renters exceeding that number will be considered in violation of the contract agreement.
- The Court of Salerno shall be the court with jurisdiction in the event of any legal controversy.
